Dubai, UAE – In one of the aviation industry’s largest post-pandemic hiring initiatives, the Emirates Group has announced a global recruitment drive to hire 17,300 professionals across more than 350 roles during the current financial year.
The expansive hiring campaign will span functions such as cabin crew, pilots, engineers, IT, HR, finance, customer service, sales, ground handling, and catering. Emirates subsidiary dnata alone is looking to fill over 4,000 positions in cargo, catering, and ground services to support its growing global operations.

H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group, emphasized the strategic significance of this move, stating:

Since 2022, Emirates Group has added over 41,000 new professionals, with nearly 27,000 hired into critical operational roles. The Group’s current workforce now exceeds 121,000 employees worldwide.
