Special story on His Birth Anniversary World Leader of Humanity Mandela

Kolkata (DB)- Once upon a time in the world, the color of human skin was used to think about social existence. Angola is an African country where the Portuguese considered black people as animals. Black people were sent to other countries as slaves at the dawn of the ship. Once upon a time, white skinned people had exclusive rights to humanity and human rights. Many black people have shed their blood in the Angola revolution. But a dark-skinned young man Nelson was born in an aristocratic family but rose above the luxury and sacrificed his happiness for ideals and became one day my leader of all of you Nelson Mandela.

He studied law at the University of Hare and the University of the Witwatersrand and began his career as a lawyer in Johannesburg. There he became involved in anti-colonial activities and African nationalist politics. He joined the African National Congress in 1943 and played an active role in establishing the Youth League in 1944.

He actively participated in the anti-apartheid movement as the leader of the armed organization Umkhanto We Sizwe. Nelson understood that when the ruler becomes an exploiter and tries to take away the right of the common people to live with the force of arms, then they have to take up arms against the ruler. Just because they are black people, they cannot be slaves of white people.

Nelson Mandela did not think that the oppressor is free, because, according to him, an oppressor is a victim of hatred, and is behind the bars of prejudice and narrow-mindedness. Mandela felt that both the oppressor and the oppressed were robbed of their humanity and peace. Mandela is not just a struggling character. By analyzing, it can be seen that Nelson thought that in order to build a strong nation, it is necessary to change the hateful mentality, and to purify the prejudices and healthy humanity, it is necessary to change the narrow mentality, it will not be possible with weapons alone.

We all know that Mandela had to stay in prison for 27 years, in these 27 years Mandela became a public leader. During these 27 years of imprisonment, Nelson Mandela was able to convince the world that human rights cannot be the exclusive right of anyone. Human rights cannot be suppressed by judging people based on their skin color. People’s right to freedom cannot be undermined on the basis of caste religion. The oppressed, exploited people saw and realized the sacrifice and struggle life of Nelson Mandela created great pressure on the exploiter.

In the face of national and international pressure and fear of racist civil war, President F. W. De Klerk ordered his release on 11 February 1990. After his release, he participated in peace talks with the white South African government in an effort to end apartheid. As a result, general elections were held in 1994 with the participation of people of all castes.

Next is history. Mandela was honored with many awards but I think the best award is Nelson Mandela, in South Africa Mandela is known to his tribe as Madiba, which means “Father of the Nation”. Even today, when I see the world burning with caste, religion, caste discrimination, one brother is killed by another brother. Then it seems that all these heroes of the world.
“Resentment is like drinking poison and then hoping it will kill your enemies.” “I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.” “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”- Nelson Mandela
