On the occasion of the 158th birth anniversary of Indian youth icon Swami Vivekananda, 36th National Youth Day was celebrated on 12 January 2021 at Education City Jawanga of Dantewada district. In collaboration with Social Welfare Foundation India, International Human Rights Defenders Foundation and All India Youth Council, awareness program was conducted in Education City, Village Jawanga by young teacher Amujuri Biswanath. In which Swami Vivakananda biography, message of wisdom, patriotism, empowerment, inspiration and nation development slogans, write-up were given to the youth. On this occasion, Amujuri Biswanath expressed his views that the younger generation is the future of any country, it depends on the youth. National Youth Day is celebrated every year on 12 January so that the younger generation of the country can get the right guidance. The Government of India announced to celebrate Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary as National Youth Day since 1985 to 12 January every year. Swami Vivekananda was the greatest social reformer, thinker and philosopher of India. His ideals and ideas can encourage youth across the country. By adopting the thoughts of Swami Vivekananda in life a person can be successful. The younger generation contributes greatly to the development of the country. Cooperation and agenda was confirmed through virtual medium by CWFI President Padmashri Dr. Vijay Saha, IHRDF Secretary Sashi Kumar to provide social services on various subjects in Chhattisgarh state. In the program Lingeshwar Thakur, Ajay Sodi, Jilaram Atra, Moti Atra, Shankar Mandavi, Anil Wake and some youth of the village were took part.
