Florida, USA — American business tycoon and philanthropist Dr. Luis Suárez Hernández, together with Hugo Eduardo Parientes Ramos, President of the Peruvian American Cultural Center of Peru, has reinforced a shared commitment to humanitarian service by supporting large-scale relief efforts for communities in Venezuela affected by recent earthquakes.
As part of the humanitarian initiative “Wings of Hope for Venezuela,” led by W Aviation from Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE), emergency relief flights continue to expand an air bridge delivering life-saving assistance to thousands of people in disaster-stricken areas.

During one of the latest missions, a Boeing 737 cargo aircraft departed from Miami International Airport carrying more than 50,000 pounds of humanitarian aid. The operation was made possible through the combined efforts of W Aviation, the Miami Pilots Association, Giving Smiles Foundation TTLO, Sun.risas Foundation, volunteers, pilots, businesses, and generous donors committed to supporting the people of Venezuela.
Among the leading contributors were Ambassador Dr. Luis Suárez Hernández, President of Suro Global Corp and the Suarez Museum of Natural Science and History, and Hugo Eduardo Parientes Ramos, President of the Peruvian American Cultural Center of Peru. Both leaders donated humanitarian supplies and provided financial support toward the aircraft fuel required to transport emergency relief to earthquake-affected communities in Venezuela.
The humanitarian shipment included body bags, medicines, first-aid supplies, surgical and rescue equipment, portable power generators, tools, tents, sleeping bags, baby food, diapers, hygiene products, and other critical emergency items requested directly by disaster response teams operating in the affected regions.
This mission follows several previous relief flights coordinated by W Aviation with the support of South Florida’s aviation community, which have delivered Starlink satellite communication systems, medications, surgical supplies, trauma kits, water purification systems, rescue equipment, and other life-saving resources to communities in urgent need.
According to humanitarian organizations, more than 150,000 people remain displaced, with many families continuing to require access to medicine, clean drinking water, temporary shelter, electricity, and essential healthcare services.
To sustain the humanitarian air bridge, W Aviation continues to encourage corporations, charitable foundations, businesses, and individuals to contribute through financial donations and emergency relief supplies. Priority needs include Starlink communication systems, prescription and over-the-counter medicines, surgical equipment, trauma kits, rescue tools, tents, sleeping bags, water purification filters, baby food, diapers, hygiene products, portable generators, and financial assistance to cover aircraft fuel, transportation, customs, logistics, and operational expenses.
The support provided by Ambassador Dr. Luis Suárez Hernández and Hugo Eduardo Parientes Ramos reflects the growing commitment of international leaders, humanitarian organizations, and private-sector partners working together to ensure that life-saving assistance reaches the people of Venezuela as quickly as possible.
Speaking on the initiative, Dr. Luis Suárez Hernández and Hugo Eduardo Parientes Ramos emphasized that humanitarian assistance knows no borders and that collective action is essential in times of crisis. They called on the international community to continue supporting the “Wings of Hope for Venezuela” mission, noting that every contribution, regardless of size, helps deliver critical aid and offers hope to families rebuilding their lives after the devastating earthquakes.
